The strength of an employee's relationship with their manager is a key driver of engagement. Do your managers and supervisors know how to manage effectively? Peoplr's Manager Effectiveness Training is designed to build leadership capability, strengthen management skills, and create consistency in practices across the organization. The program explores conducting effective one-on-one meetings, having meaningful conversations about performance, giving feedback, delegating, and coaching (collaborative goal setting and action planning). Manager Effectiveness Training is delivered over five 90-minute sessions, with a session offered every other week. For quality engagement and interaction, program participation is limited to 15 leaders. Monthly roundtable discussions following the training are highly encouraged to promote ongoing development and adoption/application of skills learned.

In-Person Instructor Led (Jacksonville, FL area only): $2,995 + T&E + cost of participant materials

Monthly Roundtable (Virtual) Session: $500 per 60-Minute Roundtable Session
