A Retained Search model is best when you want to compare a lot of candidates with similar skill-sets and you're "pretty sure" of the required skills and experience that your hire must have. And if you like the idea of letting us take over all aspects of the hiring process, then this service is for you!

We'll handle everything from sourcing, testing, and interviewing candidates to scheduling interviews and negotiating offers of employment. Just complete our online hiring questionnaire called the HireSpec™ and then you can step back to focus on your business while we get to work finding your next employee.

The Retained Search model includes the following:
  • Access to our HireSpec™ app to help you articulate exactly who you want to hire—it's fun, easy, and online 24/7
  • The ability to make minor changes to your requirements
  • An engaging job post and online advertisement for your role
  • We'll identify the best candidates and screen them by conducting multiple in-depth interviews
  • We'll administer 2 pre-hire assessments of your choosing (choose from 2,000+ options)
  • We'll submit candidates who are a very close match to your written requirements
  • We'll schedule interviews with your staff so you can meet our top candidates
  • We'll make an offer of employment on your behalf
  • We'll prepare an in-depth report for you with a professional analysis of each finalist and how they compare to your unique requirements

Our Guarantee to You:
  • If your new hire leaves within 90 days, we'll send you a replacement at no additional charge

For an additional $500 fee, we'll use your internal Recruiting or ATS system to track candidates, enter notes, etc.
